Geneva Healthcare is looking for a confident and self-motivated Sales Superstar to join a dynamic sales team in Australia. As a Sales Executive for the state of Sydney you’ll be responsible for building new and existing business and executing a growth sales plan…so if you are ambitious and hungry for sales this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This position is full time (nominally 40 hours per week). The base salary offered will commensurate with your experience and will contain a commission component in respect of KPI’s achieved, this will be discussed in more details during the interview process.
- Contact new and existing customers to identify opportunities
- Manage the sales funnel to achieve identified sales targets
- Present and conduct sales demonstrations of Medtech’s products
- Prepare and follow up on sales contracts
- Participate in conferences/industry events
Skills and Experience
- At least 3+ years of sales, business development and account management experience in IT software products preferably within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets/KPIs
- Skills to "sniff out" and "hunt" for worthwhile sales opportunities
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Knowledge of Medtech32 or Evolution would be highly regarded
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
