I first heard about Geneva Health from
advertisements in nursing journals. From the moment I contacted
yourselves I feel that I have received an excellent service from
all the Consultants at all levels of the process. The service is in
my opinion 10 out of 10. The process was a very smooth and I
was advised at all parts of this, in advance, what my role was and
I was fully supported in this. I received regular phone calls to
update me and ask if I had any concerns, which is an excellent
part of your service.
Much needed advice was given before and after arrival in Australia,

I would like to write and thank Geneva Health so much for their
support to myself and my family over the last year.
I initially received a job in Queensland through another
agency about two years ago after an interview in London. I
failed to receive any follow up response from the agency until
twelve months afterwards. The agency finally at that stage informed
me that the job offer had been cancelled and I would have to
restart the procedure again.
I was most upset over this and did not wish to continue. Around
this time one of my friends who had relocated to Queensland
with assistance from Geneva Health introduced me to their agency. I
subsequently registered with Geneva Health and very soon after they
contacted me and commenced assisting me with my paperwork
preparations.
I was initially somewhat hesitant to proceed with the paperwork
because of my previous experience. However Geneva Health encouraged
me to continue and within a few months my family and I had
relocated to Tasmania.
After our arrival in Tasmania, Geneva Health continued to
contact me and enquire as to how we were all getting on. Really
amazing! I am greatly enjoying my current job and life in
Tasmania. The staff at Geneva Health are very approachable, and
develop a personal relationship between the Geneva Health
consultant and candidate they are assisting.

Geneva Health was recommended to us by friends who had already
relocated to Perth from New Zealand. We had heard of Geneva
previously and knew they were an established and recognisable
company.
From our initial contact, our consultant, my Mobilisation
consultant was more than helpful. She kept in regular contact, rang
when she said she would and responded to emails quickly and
efficiently.
Our relocation from New Zealand was very much straight forward,
although Australian immigration took longer than expected to sort
our visas, however, we've since discovered that the Australians
don't rush to do anything!! Top tip - be patient, the Aussies get
there eventually!!
Once we landed in Perth, my Consultant kept in touch via
telephone and email to see that we were settling in OK. Having
already relocated from the UK to New Zealand and then to Perth, we
were pretty well acquainted with the moving process, but it was
good to know that Geneva were there should we need them.
There is certainly less pressure than there was in the UK and
definitely better paid than in New Zealand!
After three months, I feel settled in my work and in Perth. The
weather is glorious and the beaches stunning. There is plenty to do
and see on your days off or you could just relax back, get the bbq
going open a bottle of wine and enjoy the outdoor way of life!!

I am writing this testimonial on my experience of working with
Geneva Health and especially Jaime Mackie-Brown who worked with me
till the end of the relocation process and is still in touch with
me.
I first heard about Geneva through a friend and when I first
made the call to Geneva I was greeted by warm, friendly staff that
were willing to talk me through the whole process of migration
which had seemed daunting to me at first. The first
Consultant, who I was assigned to, was Shane who offered me a lot
of help and advice tips on what documents and processes I needed to
go through. At some point through the process I nearly thought of
giving up because there were so many processes and paperwork which
had to be posted or e-mailed to various agencies. With the
encouragement and professionalism of Shane I was able to go through
the process until finally I got a contract of employment.
The next consultant to take through to the final stages of the
relocation till I arrived in Australia was Jaime. Her
dedication, professionalism and manners are the best I have ever
experienced from anyone in my whole life. By working with Jaime the
whole process seemed simple and all my queries or concerns were
dealt with professionally and very promptly. I always got regular
phone calls and e-mails with updates on the relocation process. I
was even helped with the visa application process which went very
smoothly.
Jaime also continued to keep in touch and gave me support when I
arrived in Australia which helped a lot because I had arrived in a
new country where I hardly knew anyone.
Jaime also helped me when I had problems with payment of my
relocation expenses by giving me the phone numbers of the people I
needed to contact. It was always good to know that I could get help
and support when needed even in Australia.
I have settled well into my new job and lifestyle in Australia
and I have met other nurses who also relocated from the UK. I got
advice and tips from these nurses about my new job and also about
living in Australia.
Me and my family are enjoying the life here especially the
weather and the outdoor lifestyle. We also love the big houses and
we are finding that we have more disposable income here compared to
the UK. I have also made friends here and we always meet for
a barbecue or picnic in the parks.
Finally, I would recommend Geneva Health to anyone who is
thinking about relocating and be rest assured they will make the
whole process as smooth as possible and will assist you all the
way. I would also like to make special mention to Jaime whose
professionalism and dedication to the job and customer care is
second to none. I will never forget her for helping me realize my

proceeded with applying online via their website.
I was grateful for the service I recieved from Geneva Health
from my very first contact with them and my dealings with
them went smoothly throughout the relocation process. I found all
of the Geneva Health Consultants that assisted me to be very
polite, helpful and kind. They always answered any query (no matter
how minor!). Communication was regularly kept through email and
speaking on the phone -despite the thirteen hours time
difference between my country (Ireland) and New Zealand.

Geneva Health obtained a job for me even before I had applied
for my nursing registration in Australia. They were very good in
following up on my registration application once they had organised
that and it was underway with being processed. I was overwhelmed by
the rapid results with regards my Sponsorship Visa being processed
and granted and everything also went smoothly with this

My temporary accommodation that Geneva Health organised for me
was very conveniently close (just a stone's throw away!) to where I
was to be working in my new job.
I feel that in comparison to my previous job in the UK, my

the process to settle down here.
I have recently relocated to Hobart, Tasmania (Australia) from
the UK through Geneva Health. From Nursing Journals, I got their
details and enquired about the opportunities, soon they responded
and given me the options. Initially I was in a confused situation
in order to take a decision, whether to leave UK or not. But the
Geneva Health Consultants were very efficient and friendly; they
cleared all my doubts and gave me all the details regarding the
